How we work

Every internet project, even the simplest one, goes through several different stages during its lifespan. We use to describe 6 steps:

1. Define (competitive analysis, site purpose, visitors profile and content strategy)
2. Design (describe the project, define site structure, graphical design, menu)
3. Implement (content development, programming)
4. Deploy (web hosting, site upload, user/mailbox setup, anti-spam rules)
5. Promote (search engines, banners, advertising)
6. Maintain (site monitoring, content updates, visitor analysis)

All these steps may not be obvious at once, especially for a low-budget project, but you really need to go through them anyway. Sometimes you are offered a low-cost solution that includes only some steps, usually part of Step 2 (design) and Step 3 (implementation). This doesn’t spare you the rest of the process, it just leaves you on your own, and for example you need to define your own project or arrange the promotion and then maintenance of your site.

Software

Usually we don’t develop software. We prefer implementing high-quality open-source software, which we can modify and customize as per client’s needs. We don’t endorse third-party closed (so-called ‘commercial’) software because it’s not a good long-term solution, but we do of course work with it when necessary. Moreover, when implementing commercial software in a web environment we provide the customer with vital licensing advice.

We have open-source solutions and enough experience in many areas, including a full-featured e-commerce and shopping cart solution, different content management systems (CMS), forums, weblogs, photo galleries, opt-in-out list subscription services, banner management services etc.

e-Marketing

We can provide our services to promote your website with all the tools Internet provides – from preparing advertising banners to monitoring your site’s visitor load and accounting for the effect of all marketing efforts. All websites implemented by us have a professional statistics system included.

We have worked with Google and Yahoo since the beginning of their popular ad programs and have much experience in carrying out campaigns for our customers.

Hosting

We offer high-quality hosting in our datacenter in Sofia, Bulgaria. It is a good idea to use local hosting if the website is intended for the Bulgarian audience, as many internet users here experience slow international traffic speed.
