The team

Our team consists of different professionals each carrying his/her tasks in coordination with the project leader, who maintains all the connections with the customer. While our main office and the most of our team is located in Sofia, we use modern work methods such as distributed project teams, VoIP teleconferencing, we have a VPN (virtual private network) over the Internet which enables us to join the team from every place in the world we may be.

A typical project involves consultants (usually the project leader is the lead consultant), user experience specialists, designers, sometimes programmers, copywriters, photographers and other staff.

It’s hard to state the exact number of our team members, as we continuously work with many freelance experts and artists, but the core team consists of:

Nick Spirov, founder & CEO – customer relationship manager, leading consultant (project definition and user experience). His previous jobs include owning and managing Magic Software - a software company, PrintExpress - an advertising agency and EuroOffice – a full-service IT consultancy. Fluent in English and Russian, uses also French and Spanish.

Maria Atanassova – leading developer. project implementation, template design, Open Source systems implementation, content management. Fluent in English (has worked as a translator), good knowledge of German too.

Vessela Bozhikova – marketing manager. Her duties include project coordination, customer relationship, online marketing activities, also content management, site maintenance and usability testing. A former Spanish teacher, Vessela is fluent in Spanish and also uses English in everyday communication.

Christina Borissova – lead designer (graphic design, template design, corporate identity). Christina is also a MS in applied arts and assistant to the Head of Typography department at the Sofia Arts Academy. Has knowledge in many languages, including English and Japanese (also written).

Roumen Baykov – our professional photographer. Speaks Canon, Nikon, flashes, umbrellas, tripods and other heavy equipment.

Anna Trifonova a.k.a. Foxy – Our E.U. resident, she makes her PhD (and snowboarding) in Trento, Italy, works her science in Norway, meets her friends in Bulgaria, the family in the Canary Islands and wants to live in Barcelona. And she also manages to be a skilled programmer and IT consultant. Speaks English, Russian, Italian and Spanish.

Constantine Spirov – Lead programmer (Java, PHP, relational databases) and user experience specialist (testing). Fluent in English.

Lachezar Lalev – project design, template design, software implementation. Experienced in non-profit projects and charity organizations. Fluent in English.

Ivaylo Dimitrov – legal advisor. Fluent in English.

Michael Atanassov – chief accountant. Uses English and French.

We have wide language coverage: although we do websites mainly in Bulgarian and English, we also have in-house experience in Russian, German, French, Spanish, Turkish and Hungarian. Nevertheless we don’t translate our customer’s texts. We maintain good working relationships with a professional translation agency who help us with all text translations in different languages as part of our service. We have the technology and work process to work in any other language it may be necessary (including eastern languages).
